The Youth Services Bureau consists of the Juvenile Detective, three School Resource Officers, and the D.A.R.E. Officer. Officers assigned to youth services are responsible for youth programs, training, school safety and security, and juvenile crime. Some of the youth programs provided are; D.A.R.E., Going for the GOAL, RadKIDS, SHAREIT ( a self-protection program for school employees), and special classes on school safety, lockdowns or evacuation of schools, police issues, first licenses, bullying and sexual harassment.

Patrol Officer John Urban
School Resource Officer assigned full time to North Kingstown High School.
Patrol Officer Ed Burrows
School Resource Officer assigned full time to Davisville Middle School.
Patrol Officer Ann Cunningham
School Resource Officer assigned full time to Wickford Middle School. She is certified to instruct the GOAL program, Second Step, and is a certified instructor for SHAREIT, and has taught D.A.R.E.
